MOYA MCALISTER is a full-time marketing professional, not-for-profit management consultant, and advocate for social change and transformation. A trained pianist, vocalist, and steelpan player, Moya's musical background and passion for the arts are what drove her to volunteer with Arts Collective Theatre (ACT), a not-for-profit organization dedicated and committed to enhancing the well-being of the community through theatre education, mentorship, and bringing awareness to social justice issues in Windsor-Essex. As the Vice President of ACT, Moya received the 2020 Mayor’s Award for Arts Administration. Moya also sits on the board for the Black Women of Forward Action, is a member of the Black Council of Windsor Essex, and is an active public speaker and workshop facilitator of anti-racism training, using fresh and innovative approaches to support people in becoming agents of change.

KRISTEN SIAPAS is currently the Marketing Coordinator, Box Office Manager and Front of House Manager for University Players (Windsor). She is a proud University of Windsor graduate of the BFA in Acting program. She has been performing, stage managing, hosting, and producing theatre, television, and live events in Windsor Essex for over 20 years and her passion for great theatre is surpassed only by her enthusiasm for building up the Windsor-Essex community through the arts.

SHANA THIBERT is the Executive Director of Revolution Youth Theatre (RYT) and Creative Director for both Revolution Youth Theatre and Rebel Art Productions. She is a founding member of RYT and started as the Volunteer Coordinator in January of 2015, and became Executive Director in December of that year. She has spent the last 7 years helping the RYT youth explore the art of performance to find their creative passions whether through acting, singing, dancing, directing, doing tech or creating sets and props. Creativity is not limited to the stage. In 2022 Shana, along with some older RYT youth, founded Rebel Art Productions (a 19 yrs+ company) as an extension of RYT to enable older youth to continue creating meaningful performances as adults.

FAY LYNN is Creative Director of independent regional theatre company Post Productions and co-owner/operator of The Shadowbox Theatre. For more than twenty years she has been active in the Windsor-Essex theatre industry as an actor, director, producer, writer, stage manager, set and prop designer/builder, and crew member of all varieties. She is also the co-creator and resident judge for the annual Windsor-Essex Playwriting Contest.
