Moya McAlister

MOYA MCALISTER is a marketing professional and community advocate with over 14 years of experience. She currently serves as the Communications Manager for the National Self-Represented Litigants Project. As Vice President and Marketing Manager of Arts Collective Theatre (ACT), she supports its mission to enrich the Windsor-Essex community through theatre education, social justice, and mentorship. In addition to her work in marketing, Moya is a not-for-profit management consultant specializing in program development, marketing, and community outreach. She is the Board Secretary for Black Women for Forward Action and sits on multiple committees for not-for-profit organizations in Windsor-Essex County. She also co-hosted the YourTV Cogeco talk show Talkin’ Real Melanin. Moya’s passion for the arts led her to join the ACT family, and she is honored to contribute her expertise to the organization’s growth and development.

Shana Thibert

For 10-years SHANA THIBERT has been the Executive Director of Revolution Youth Theatre (RYT) and this is her fourth year acting as a judge in the Edele Winnie Women's Monologue Competition.  She enjoys it so much that RYT is holding a Child and Youth monologue contest with monologues written by Edele Winnie right here at The Shadowbox Theatre in June 2025!

Fay Lynn

FAY LYNN is the Artistic Director of Post Productions and co-owner/operator of The Shadowbox Theatre. She has sold her labour in many fashions across the 41 years of her existence (though not within the first 12 or so), ranging from line cook to factory worker to insurance broker to bookkeeper to litigation clerk. Currently she holds the title of Individual Direct Support Specialist at the University of Windsor. Theatre has been the most consistent career she’s held, though she wears a lot of hats in this industry as well: producer, director, writer, stage manager, set and prop designer/builder. . . the list goes on. Since the premiere of Post Productions’ first play, Oleanna by David Mamet, and joining the company as a full partner in 2017, Fay has produced 37 plays, directed/co-directed 15, written/co-written three plays and a musical (all produced), produced two albums (including a Christmas album sold as a fundraiser for Abode Respite Services), co-created the Windsor-Essex Playwriting Contest (since 2018) for which she also serves as a judge, and co-created and coordinated the Edele Winnie Women’s Monologue Competition (since 2022) for which she also serves as a judge and acting coach. It’s a wild, exhausting life – and she’s grateful for it. 

Maggie Marchenkowsky

MAGGIE MARCHENKOWSKY is a local actor, amateur stilt-walker and future organ donor. She has been lucky to work with Post Productions since 2022 and continues to grow as an artist in Windsor’s theatre and film community. After winning first place in the 2024 Edele Winnie Women’s Monologue Competition, Maggie is honoured to be hopping on the judging panel to take in the abundance of talent with a fresh perspective. With hopes of directing in the future, she appreciates this opportunity to provide meaningful feedback and encouragement to all of these fabulous actors. Let’s go girls!!
