Introducing Windsor's first Rec League for the arts! The Improv Rec League (IRL) is unlike anything else offered in our region – combining improv, drama, and friendly competition. Based on a French Canadian model, this League is perfect for those who have taken improv courses or workshops and want more experience performing in front of live audiences

Haven't taken a course? No problem! This easy to learn format will be taught to all participants at our information session (Wednesday, 28 January 2026), with additional teaching before and after every show.
Sign up as an individual and be placed on a team, or sign up with friends as a team. Teams of four (4) will play weekly for a grand prize at the end of the season at our Finals Night (Saturday, 28 February 2026). |
FEE: $50 per person for the season (4 February - 25 February 2026).

We will respond to your email confirming your registration, then provide instructions for payment of the registration fee. All registration is first-come, first-serve.

League Nights: Wednesdays, February 4, 11, 18 & 25 (4-weeks) at 6:30 PM, at The Shadowbox Theatre
Finals Night: Saturday, 28 February 2026, 7:00 PM, at The Shadowbox Theatre
All League Night performances are open to friends and family to attend for a $5 fee at the door. Proceeds from League Night performances will contribute to the Grand Prize on Finals Night.
Tickets to Finals Night cost $20 at the door (cash, debit, or credit card accepted).
