For the well-being of our patrons, cast, crew, and staff during the Covid-19 pandemic the following policies must be observed by everyone while inside The Shadowbox Theatre.
Any person who violates one or more of these policies will be asked to leave The Shadowbox Theatre.
Please note: Until the pandemic eases, seating capacity in The Shadowbox Theatre is limited, ticket and merchandise sales are online-only, and the concession booth will be closed.

- If you have a cough, sniffles, headache, fever, or if you have been in the proximity of someone who has travelled outside the province and/or may be afflicted with Covid-19 please do not enter the premises. You may request a ticket refund or credit for tickets to a later performance by contacting Post Productions at [email protected].
- All patrons must wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose at all times – including while using the washroom.
- Patrons are not permitted to eat and/or drink inside The Shadowbox Theatre.
- All patrons must maintain a two-metre distance between themselves and other persons.
- Chairs in the auditorium must not be moved.
- All patrons are asked to flush toilets with lids down, and to thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water.
- Patrons are encouraged to use the hand sanitizer dispensers found throughout the premises.
- Patrons may not congregate in the lobby, auditorium, or hallway before or after a performance. Patrons may talk with cast and crew in the parking lot after performances, if desired.
- When a performance ends, patrons must exit the auditorium in an orderly fashion, with those sitting closest to the door exiting first and those sitting farthest from the door exiting last.
