Joey Ouellette (Harry Wade)Joey has been in so many shows the exact number nobody knows when he's up on the stage he comes out of his cage usually he's quiet as a rose See him next in The Purple Theatre Company's The Case of the Odd Shaped Gas Tank, opening November 3rd at The Shadowbox Theatre. Luke Boughner (Peter Mooney/James Hennessey)Once a mere child at the soft, weak age of 21, Luke first stepped onto the stage as Robert the barista (and male getting a haircut) in Pry It From My Cold Dead Hands (and First Cut), where he frolicked on stage and made silly faces. Since then, Luke has taken on roles that have challenged him to the limits of his abilities as a new actor. With past roles in Stuck, where he played Joey, an antisocial, maniacal murdered, or Sebastian, the socially incompetent stalker in Walking Upside Down Underwater. He is no stranger to tense scenes on stage. In Hangmen by Martin McDonagh, Luke has taken on his most ambitious role yet. Peter Aloysius Mooney, a mysterious Londoner with a point to prove who's waltzed into Harry Wade's -- the SECOND best hangman in England -- pub on the anniversary of Harry's most controversial hanging. Mooney is an extremely secretive and calculated individual with few true moments of emotion. He will also play James Hennessy, a terrified man on his death bed... sort of. This is definitely the most challenging and engaging role Luke has taken yet! Cheri Scratch (Alice Wade)Cheri Scratch is thrilled to death to be making her second appearance with Post Productions. You may remember her from The Children as Hazel, or as a contestant in the 2023 Edele Winnie Women’s Monologue Competition. Prior to these she had been involved in Korda Artistic Productions' annual Pantos (Pinnochio and Robinhood) or you may have seen her pounding the floorboards as numerous characters with Purple Theatre Company! She’d like to give gracious thanks to Fay Lynn and Michael K. Potter for another golden opportunity to strut her stuff on stage. She’s also eternally grateful to supportive family and friends “Worry – it means you love her” So sit back and enjoy!! Rachel Hillis (Shirley Wade)Rachel Hillis has some experience as a moody teen, and she’s glad to bring it to her very first full-blown Post Productions show! Rachel started acting in 2019, and her previous credits include Clue (Mrs. Peacock), Peter Panto (Pirate), The Pantolorian (Poe Dameron), and Robin Hood (Hilland Dale/Merry Woman) – all with Korda Artistic Productions. In addition to her onstage experience, Rachel has also stage managed two musicals – Spring Awakening and Something Rotten – both with Korda Artistic Productions. On top of all that, she also portrayed a very different kind of Red Riding Hood in Post Productions’ 2023 Edele Winnie Women’s Monologue Competition. When not acting or stage managing, Rachel can be found working at (and patronizing) the public library, watching scary movies, and enjoying the company of her cats. Rachel would like to thank her family, her friends, and her wonderful castmates for all their love and support. She is beyond proud of how this show has turned out and can’t wait for people to see it! Shaun Mazzocca (Syd Armfield)For Shaun Mazzocca, the silver lining of the COVID-19 pandemic was the shift to self-tapes in casting for film/tv, as this allowed him to return to his hometown of Windsor after spending several years training and building his acting resume in Toronto and Vancouver, working on series such as CW’s Riverdale, History Channel’s Project Blue Book, Prime Video’s The Boys, and his most recent role in the third season of Don Mancini’s Chucky on SyFy. Shaun fell in love with acting at the Raisbeck Productions drama camp “back in the day”, and got his start as an actor on the stages in Windsor in productions by Theatre Alive!, and Monkeys With a Typewriter. Shaun now resides with his fiancee and son in Windsor while acting in film/tv in Toronto and Vancouver. Shaun has always kept to his roots on stage, annually recurring as Michael Just in Detroit Actor’s Guild’s production of Tony n Tina's Wedding, and he is very excited to be making his homecoming debut as Syd Armfield in Post Productions’ Hangmen. Gregory Girty (inspector George Fry)Gregory has appeared at the Shadowbox in Glengarry Glen Ross, The Rinsing Witch, The Rhinoceros Woman, Pry It From My Cold Dead Hands, and A Haunting In E Flat. Elsewhere in Windsor, he has performed in Girl In The Goldfish Bowl, Company, Into The Woods, Little Shop of Horrors, Sweeney Todd, Les Miserables, and more. His memorable roles have been oddballs, outsiders, and villains. His performances are always flavoured by his innate sense of mischief. He brings that energy to Inspector Fry, noting, “If he was competent at his job, he’d be at his job. Instead of swimming in the big lake, he’s found a small enough pond that he can feel like a big fish.” Cody Tersigni (Derek Clegg)Cody Tersigni exists. Paul Gallo (Bill/Guard)Paul Gallo is a Canadian actor living in Windsor. Paul fell in love with movies, TV and theater at a young age. He played in his school's production of Guys and Dolls and caught the acting bug. Paul began his career as an extra in films and commercials. And years later Paul returned to the theater through Shadowbox. He looks forward to performing Hangmen and hopes you enjoy watching it as much as the cast and crew enjoy putting it on! Eric Droski (Charlie/Guard)Eric Droski is a local actor and plumber here in Windsor. He started taking acting as a serious part of his life in January of 2021 with improv classes online with Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade, along with live acting classes at The Shadowbox Theatre. Later in September of 2021 he was a part of his first short film titled Mabel. Though he started with film, Eric wanted to branch out and become more of a well rounded actor so he tried to be an active member in the Windsor theatre scene. Since then he has been a part of Windsor Light's Cinderella ensemble, and most recently Mike Teevee in Ronald Dalh's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Eric's last show before Hangmen was at KordaZone Theatre where he played Miles the boyfriend/gelatinous cube in Qui Nguyen’s dungeons and dragons play She Kills Monsters. Eric hopes you enjoy his portrayal of the belly laughing, beer loving Charlie. Michael K Potter (Arthur/Governor)Michael is the co-owner of The Shadowbox Theatre and Managing Director of Post Productions, where he also produces and directs plays (Glengarry Glen Ross, The Pillowman, Equus, Blasted, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, Stop Kiss, Fatboy, True West). Michael still gets dragged into acting occasionally – as in this play and three others that will be staged by the end of 2023. During the day he is a Teaching and Learning Specialist at the University of Windsor. In 2022 Michael received an award for leadership in the performing arts (theatre) from Windsor Endowment for the Arts. Although Michael has had the honour of directing one McDonagh play and co-directing another, this is the first time he will be in a McDonagh play. He doesn't know what to make of this... a trait he shares with the character of Arthur. James Neely (Albert Pierrepoint/Doctor)James Neely has participated in over 100 shows in just about every capacity imaginable over the last 40 years or so. Switching over to professional work in TV and commercials several years ago, meanwhile trying to keep up his skills in his first love, the stage.
Recently, he was Lurch in The Addams Family and some of his earlier credits include Michael in Strangers Among Us, Beverly Weston in August Osage County, a gargoyle in Raise he Stakes, Bustopher Jones and Gus in Cats, and Danvers Carew in Jekyll and Hyde. Of all the shows he has done, he sees Morrie in Tuesdays with Morrie as his best work. Working on Hangmen has been great fun, a little challenging trying to grasp a northern English accent, but he’s getting there. Kudos to Fay’s very supportive directing style, and the friendly welcoming cast members, always ready to help out a stumbling octogenarian.
